After-Sales Support Aimed at Non-Stop Production

Japan Unix’s goal is to protect our customers’ nonstop production. To this end, we have put in place a complete after-sales support system that includes periodic visits and inspections by our sales staff and technical support by our service engineers after the start of mass production.

Technical Service by Engineers

In the unlikely event of a problem after the start of mass production, our engineers will be dispatched immediately. We quickly solve the problem by collecting information, identifying the cause, and providing accurate technical support.

Provision of Technical Information and know-how

We provide videos on our website and YouTube channel with the latest soldering automation information, methods, and maintenance procedures. The website offers a wealth of content to help you improve your skills and deepen your understanding of soldering, including the IPC Training Center’s content, “Soldering Video Archive,” where you can view videos of proper soldering procedures. We also offer online and offline seminars and training courses.
