Thermo Pro™ is the generic name for laser soldering systems that control temperature using a pyrometer. In addition to conventional control items (output, time, etc.) in laser soldering, Thermo Pro™ enables temperature control and management during soldering.

When used in conjunction with Soldering Manager Pro for ULD-02, the measured temperatures are displayed as graphs. All temperatures and laser output during control can also be saved as video.

Temperature Bandwidth Checker

This function can output when the temperature is out of the set temperature range. This function can be variable and can be used as an alarm when irregularities occur.

Support for Optimizing Laser Conditions

Optimization of conditions based on laser output when temperature is controlled by Thermo Pro™ is possible.
This can be used not only for process control during mass production, but also for optimization during evaluation.
