The Thermo Pro Checker Heater Unit is a dedicated device designed to control the heater temperature and perform daily verification of the temperature measured by Thermo Pro™.
It delivers optimum performance when used in combination with the ULD-02 Series laser soldering unit and Thermo Pro™.
*This product is a heater unit with adjustable temperature settings and is not a temperature measuring instrument.
Features
High-Precision Temperature Control
The temperature can be set from 0 to 300°C in 1°C increments. The heater stabilizes in approximately 90 seconds, providing precise temperature control at the recommended setting of 300°C. By comparing the Thermo Pro™ displayed temperature with the set temperature, stable temperature management can be maintained.
Ready for Automation Integration
Equipped with an EXT OUT connector for connection to external devices such as PLCs. It provides a ready output when the set temperature is reached and an alarm output in the event of abnormalities or sensor disconnection, making integration into automated production lines simple. Heater power is automatically shut off during abnormal conditions to enhance operational safety.
Heater Offset Function
Even if a temperature difference occurs between the laser controller display and the Thermo Pro Checker display, precise temperature management can be maintained by applying an offset correction from the laser controller. Offset values based on inspection data are preset before shipment.
