\/>\n<br \/>can gasify and pop, causing solder balls.<br \/>\n<br \/>Conversely, <span class=\"text-size-medium\"><strong><mark>if the solder feeding is too slow<\/mark><\/strong><\/span>,<br \/>\n<br \/>overheating can cause the flux inside the molten solder to gasify, also leading to solder balls.<br \/>\n<br \/>To prevent this, it is important to properly set<br \/>\n<br \/>the optimal solder feeding speed.<br \/>\n<br \/>Also, making a slit in the solder itself is another effective method.\n<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"col-md-6 order-md-1\">\n<div class=\"_image align-center
