The exhibition theme is &#8220;Visualization and Beyond &#8211; Soldering Automation Equipment that Connects People, Products, and Society&#8221;. We will propose practical solutions that can be utilized in mass production sites, going beyond mere &#8220;visualization&#8221; to achieve more.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"heading-title\"><b>Process Control for Mass Production<\/b><\/h3>\n<p> By thoroughly implementing temperature control, soldering process, and traceability, we have made visualization, graphing, recording, and video recording possible. In addition, the stored data can be easily shared and coordinated, leading to an increase in Kaizen speed.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"heading-title\"><b>Visualization of Power Consumption<\/b><\/h3>\n<p> CO2 emissions can be reduced by local heating compared to overall heating.
